Auction Terms & Conditions: 10% non-refundable deposit down the day of sale with balance and possession upon closing. Bidding is not contingent upon inspection or financing. Seller has no knowledge of environmental factors that would have negative impact on the property. Closing of this transaction shall be within 45 days of auction conduction. Seller will choose Title Company.
Taxes: To be prorated to date of closing
Any costs associated with the provision of title insurance and title search will be at the expense of the seller. The buyer will be responsible for any costs associated with obtaining funds to close the transaction. The closing fee charged by the title company will be split 50/50 between the buyer and seller. Any survey work completed on this parcel will be at the sole cost of the buyer.
