Rowley’s Auction Service, LLC. accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Cashier’s Check, Personal or Company Checks. Any checks valued of $1,000.00 or more, items will be held by Auction Company until check clears, unless know by the auctioneers. All out of state checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless know by the auctioneers.

Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time.

Rowley’s Auction Service was contacted to conduct an Online Auction to help settle the Estate of Lorraine Suva. Lorraine Suva was well know in the Lapeer community. She attend Lapeer Methodist Church and Started the Blankie Project. Her along with 16 other members made small quilts for patients with Alzheimer’s & wounded veterans that were donated to various places throughout the United States. She also made Pine Needle & Antler baskets that she donated to various charities and fundraisers throughout the community.
