Terms and Conditions:
*Payment must be made before any items are removed.
* If item remains unpaid for 5 days or if the item is not picked up 5 days from the auction end date, said item/s will be resold and no refund will be returned to the buyer unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. The delinquent bidder will not be allowed to bid on future auctions and a note will be placed into the HiBid program to warn other auctioneers.
*Seller(s) have right to reject final bid on their items; Sellers have the right to bid on their own Items; Auction company has the right to bid on behalf of the seller(s) or Buyer(s).
* Approved Payment: USD, Check (in USD), and Credit Card (4% Charge) (in USD)
*Payment must be received before item can be removed.
*All items sell AS IS WITH NO GUARANTEES.
*All sales are final.
*All photos are the property of Gathman Auction Company. Using our photos for any reason without our written permission is a copyright infringement.
*Shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

CHECKOUT: MONDAY, JUNE, 3RD FROM 10:00 am to 6:00 pm CDT at 54 TOWERLINE RD, SAN JOSE, IL 62682. All items must be paid for and picked up by JUNE 3RD at 6:00 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneer, Tony Gathman (309-696-4312). We are willing to make arrangements for you if you are not able to come during these times, but you must call or text Tony. We are happy to ship items at the buyer's expense. Shipping arrangements also need to be made by JUNE 3RD at 6:00 pm.
