Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC or anyone else if the service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids. Bidders should not wait until the last minute to bid, in case there is an error with the bidding service. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items as they deem necessary, and reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

SOFT CLOSE = when time is winding down and someone bids the closing time on that lot will be extended by 5 minutes. This will continue until all bidding ceases.
COLORED BUTTONS after you have logged in show:

PAYMENT
ON-SITE: Complete (full) payment due auction day. Credit cards (Visa, M/C, Disc, AmEx - no additional fee), Michigan checks only (no out-of-state checks), Cash (US Funds). All items sold "as is, where is."

ONLINE PRE-BIDDING: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted. Auction currency in USD. 10% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. All winning bids will be charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction's conclusion, unless prior arrangement has been made. Receipt showing payment will be issued within 24 hours.

Sales Tax (where applicable): 6% Michigan sales tax will be charged on all purchases. Tax exempt buyers please bring a copy of your sales tax license to be left on file with our company.

SHIPPING/PICK UP
Scheduled Pickup day or by appointment with the Seller(s) not the auction company. Buyers will be responsible for removal of their own purchases. All items MUST be removed or they may be subject to storage fees of $5 per item per day, up to item value, at which point item is forfeit without refund. Local Pickup ONLY.

Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made.

Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal.

Firearm Purchases: Michigan residents' only, local pickup only. Purchaser must provide proper ID and fill out proper paperwork in order to pick up their firearm on the aforementioned pick up date. Firearms are sold as is, where is, with all faults and no guarantee of functionality. We recommend that purchasers have firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.
