Absentee bidding means that since the live auction is in a non internet service location, your bids will be carried to the live auction. REGISTERING

1) WAC requires a credit card to register. This prevents you from bidding against people who have
no intention of purchasing an item.

1) On all auction items Local Pickup or Shipping is available.
2) Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS Without Warranties, Representatiions or Guarantees

4) Condition of Items Presented for Auction:
a.) All Information provided is believed to be accurate, but WAC & Staff is not responsible for the
correct description, authenticity, genuiness of or defect in any lot, and makes no warrenty in
connection therewith. WAC uses information gathered from the seller and research to
determine description & condition, but does not guarantee any of the provided information.

b.) No Allowances will be made or sale set aside on account of any incorrectness, error in
calaloging or any imperfection not noted. No deduction will be allowed on damaged articles
as all goods being exposed for public exhibition are sold (as,is) and without reourse.
5) WAC retains the right to govern goods and services sold to clients and to maintain the level and
integrity of our business. WAC has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from
sale any items; to sell at this auction item not listed; to group one or more lots together or
subdivide lots.

REAL ESTATE AUCTIONS

1) Real Estate Sold "As Is, Where Is". No warrenties are given by seller or WAC.
2) 10 Percent of Final Hammer Price is to be transfered to WAC Escrow Account with 48 Hours of accepted
bid. Non-refundable Deposit.
3) 30 Business Days to Close
4) Buyer Responsible for all Closing Costs. Seller pays for new Deed.
5) Any inspections of property is potential buyers responsibility.
6) Buy Contract will be faxed, emailed, or sent to Buyer for completion.

GUN PURCHASES

1) Must be of legal age to bid on firearms.
2) If a Virginia Resident -- Approved Background check required before Weapon release.
3) Out of State: Firearm will be sent to a licensed FFL dealer. Depending on state, they will perform
background check.


PAYMENT

1) All Payments will be required to be paid with the use of the credit card on file the same or next
business day of the auction conclusion. . The exception - if the purchaser contacts WAC and a
separate agreement is reached.
2) A 18% Buyers Premium will be added to the Final Hammer Price. (3% Reduction if a non credit
card payment agreement is reached.
3) Sales tax of 5.3% will be added to prices if a current resale tax form in not provided. No sales tax is
applied to vehicles or real estate.
4) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a
credit card or accepted check.
5) No items will be shipped or removed until payment is settled.

PICKUP OR SHIPPING

1) All Shipping and Handling Costs are paid by the BUYER.
2) Please contact WAC with Special Pickup or Shipping requirements.
3) PICKUP ITEMS: Any or all Items must be removed from Auction Location no later than 5 days
from completion of Auction Event; unless an alternative date and time is agreed by WAC and
Buyer. If items are not removed by allocated timeframe, they will be forfeited and/or sold for
storage.
4) Please bring any packing materials and boxes needed for your items.
5) Person(s) removing goods asume all risk of damage or loss of person and property; and
specifically releases and indemnifties WAC from liability therefore.
4) MAIL SHIPPING:
a.) WAC normally will use USPS Priority Mail.
b.) All Shipments will be insured for the full payment amount - no exceptions.
c.) A minimum handling charge of 3.00
d.) We will combined lots for shipment to contain costs.
c.) A tracking number will be provided and all chargees will be made to the credit card on file.

*** NOTE: We are not in the shipping business to make money. We strive to find the most economical but secure shipper as possible. Actual Shipping Costs with the handling charge will be debited to the exisiting credit card. If you have a special account to use or have a desired shipper that we can accomodate, we will do our best. If more effort is required to fullfil your special request, addional handling charge may apply. The $3 handling fee is offset our labor and supplies. AUCTIONFLEX & HIBID

1) This auction features an auto bid extend.
2) Online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times.
3) Online auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes,
the auction bidding for that item will automatically extend two additional minutes.from the time
that bid was placed.
For example: If an auction is scheduled to close at noon, receives a bid at 11:59, the close time
will automatically extend two minutes. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids
are received withn a 2 minute timeframe.
