We are in Murrieta for one more week in the Golf Knolls community. This two bedroom home with attached garage is packed with lots of treasures! There is kithcen and dining room furniture, vintage display cabinet, two bedroom sets, one is a queen bed with mattress set, also a beautiful vintage dresser, the other bedroom has two super clean twin mattress sets, and nightstands. There is a floral queen sleeper sofa, coffeetable, several end tables, floor lamps, rolltop desk, computer desk, lotsof office items, computer, several monitors, several flat screen tv's, LOTS of misc. kitchen items including several china sets, serving items, flatware, pots & pans, small appliances, vintage photography equipment, lots of collectibles, American Girl Doll w/Clothes, men & women's clothing/shoes/hats, patio table, patio chairs, tools and more! There is also a golf craftsman workshop in the garage. Owner was a certified Calloway golf craftsman who build specialty clubs, made repairs, etc. There are dozens of shafts, grips for all club types, specialty golf tools, straighteners and several pieces of equipment like a Steel Club Angle Machine , Uditor Golf Club Shaft Extractor, Golfsmith Shaft Freuqency Analyzer, Precision Gold Balancing Scale, (2) Table Vices, Bench Grinder, lots of power tools and more!
There is also some really cool military equipment from WWII.
We also have a like new Activox Portable Oxygen Unit. It is complete with charger, unit and additional cannulas.
I am always willing to pre-sell LARGE furniture ONLY ahead of the sale, so just give me a call.
SPECIAL NOTE: Home is located on a cul-de-sac and parking is VERY limited. You may have to park farther up the street or even on Via Taffia and walk down the street. Also note Thursday is Trash Day. DO NOT BLOCK TRASH CANS OR DRIVEWAYS!
