You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We had a fabulous day today...thank you to all who shopped with us and found great new treasures! Tomorrow will be another adventure....!!! See you at 9 am (list goes out at 8 am!)Exclusive Dover Shores Estate.. The Estate of a Newport Lady... Lifelong collector of antiques, Asian, porcelain, art, painting, books, silver, exceptional women's designer clothing some vintage. A beautifully curated collection with a woman who had exceptional taste...There are many books, both antique and art, some leather bound, some quite old, many reference books....We also have a nice collection of blue and white, canton, transfer ware, Historical blue, cloisonné, prints, engravings, oil paintings, water colors, mirrors, lamps, lighting, Sheffield plate, fancy silver plate and some sterling, cut glass, crystal....You will love her taste in costume jewelry and better jewelry.... delightful smalls everywhere, bookends, sculpture, incense burners, jars, vases, garden and patio. The garage is full as well and has everything from fishing to old baskets to salt glaze crocks....Some Indian pottery and rugs, a monumental pair of wrought iron andirons...the nicest we have ever seen! Here are some of brand names you will love...Wedgwood, Herend, Royal Copenhagen half and full lace, Orrefors, Hawkes, Juliska, Waterford....and many more. Vintage and designer clothing...Two full closets and additional racks of vintage and designer clothing, hats, shoes, purses, accessories Chinese needlework. There are Persian rugs, Chinese Rugs and Native American Rugs... Antique Chippendale mirrors, Early American mirrors with reverse painted panels, sconces, lamps, lighting, a whimsically spectacular vitrine perfect to store all of you treasures...original teal/blue paint. Other furniture, includes wonderful antique wing chairs, side chairs, a beautifully carved Chinese rosewood table with a rouge marble top, an antique high boy, some early American chests and side tables/nightstands, an antique four poster bed, a beautiful Japanese Tansu...A gorgeous French grandfather clock and an original oil by William Barr of the Mission... And....the best garage you have ever seen...something for everyone including primitives, fishing, seashells, furniture, tables and tables of great old stuff...I posted one picture of the garage just to show how full! Lots of public parking in this Dover Shores neighborhood, but please be considerate and do not block driveways or neighbor's access. We will put out a sign up sheet 1 hour prior to opening each day. Do not start your own sign up sheet as it will not be honored. The house is very full and very tight...we will be strictly controlling the number of people who come in the house to shop. This is a wonderful antique sale with many beautiful items rarely seen. ***PLEASE NOTE: ALL STERLING AND BETTER JEWELRY WILL BE BROUGHT IN THE DAY OF THE SALE AND WILL NOT BE KEPT AT THE HOUSE.*** A sign up sheet will go out 1 hour prior to opening each day...no other list will be honored.
