By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of these terms of the auction and enters into a binding contract. If you have any questions about the terms, do not hesitate to contact United Country Walton Realty and Auction Co., LLC.
This is an online only auction and has the same legality as a live auction. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS without guarantees of any kind. Winning bidder will be required to pick up merchandise and pay for all lots in FULL via credit card, which will be processed immediately after the conclusion of the auction.
Bidding: Just like a live auction, any bid thru any online platform is a binding contract. A winning bid legally obligates the high bidder (buyer), to purchase any and all won lots at the agreed purchase price. This purchase price may or may not include a buyer’s premium, taxes or any other fees that pertain to the auction. Please read the auction terms and conditions for clarification for each auction. If you cannot pay for and/or pick up the items during the times specified, then you must not bid.
Starting and Reserve Bids: The auctioneer reserves the right to start the bidding on any and all lots. These bids may be started at or bid to the reserve price if the seller has indicated this wish, due to the auctioneer acting as an agent for the seller.
Catalog: The catalog is provided as a convenience to the prospective buyer(s). It is a detailed list of items and lots that are contracted by United Country Walton Realty and Auction Co., LLC., herein “auctioneer” to be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer is responsible for any and all inspections of the auction lots during scheduled times. ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN DESCRIBED BY THE AUCTIONEER TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY, HOWEVER ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITHOUT GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND. THIS CATALOG IS MERELY A GUIDE. ANY AND ALL INACCURACIES IN THE CATALOG WILL NOT VOID THE SALE OF AN AUCTION LOT.

AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All items in this auction are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. All items sell with their flaws and condition as they were viewed during the inspection. A refund, return or exchange with NOT be granted on any auction lots regardless of condition, price, flaws, color, wear, or condition. It is to be assumed that all products sell with their respective flaws, damages, missing parts, defects, or any other issues not named in this paragraph. The auctioneer implies no guarantees, warranties or promises with any auction lot. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ANY INTERESTED BIDDER ATTEND THE PREVIEW AS LISTED IN AUCTION DETAILS.
Technical Issues: United Country Walton Realty & Auction Co., LLC (Auction Company) is providing an internet auction as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim auctioneer or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during the online auction. Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction closes.

Absolute / Reserve Auction: All lots are assumed to be sold with reserve UNLESS a specific “absolute” contract has been signed.
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer's premium of Twenty percent (20%) of the highest bid will be added to the winning bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot.
Taxes: NO taxes are charged in this auction.
Credit Card Processing Fee: This is included in the buyer’s premium at NO extra charge.
Removal of Items: PICKUP ONLY: July 12, 2019, 4-7pm. No shipping and loading will be offered.

Unpaid Items and Buyers: The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 10% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any and all items that remain after the pickup time set by auctioneer, will be treated as abandoned items and will become property of the auctioneer, and a REFUND WILL NOT BE GRANTED TO WINNING BIDDER.
Payment: Credit cards are the only form of payment accepted. NO CASH OR CHECK will be accepted. Cards will be charged immediately at the conclusion of the auction. If lots are not payed for in full, auctioneer has right to ban buyer from auction and report incidence to online auction platform provider, where buyer may be ban from site. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Wyandot County, Ohio.
Currency Type: USD
All Sales Are Final: No refunds will be given of any kind after the auction. Buyer will not be able to contact credit card company and claim a “chargeback” after the auction because of any error made on auctioneers’ or buyers’ part. A BID IS A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN BUYER AND AUCTIONEER TO PURCHASE THE ITEM SHOULD BUYER POSSESS WINNING BID.
“Soft Close” or “Race Horse” Auction Format: This auction begins to end at 7:00 pm EST. Additionally, if an item receives a bid within the last 1 minute, then the close time will be extended 1 minute from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to be extended for 1 minute with each newly placed bid and the item will not close until 1 minute have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This does eliminate "snipers" from our internet auctions. Please be certain that we have taken every precaution to set the site up in a transparent manner that allows for the fairest environment for both buyers and sellers. The first item will sell at 7:00 pm, and each time will close 1 minute after
Auctioneer Platform Technology Failure: In the unlikely event the auctioneers’ auction platform crashes or encounters an issue, the auctioneer reserves the right to end the auction and resume it in a timely manner as they see fit for both interests of the buyer and seller.
Right of Refusal: The auctioneer has the right to refuse any business transaction with any individual.
Age Requirements: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
Announcements: All announcements made prior to the close of the internet bidding take precedence over any and all written or verbal statements.
