First come; first served. NO sign-up sheet, nor will one be honored. We will only be allowing 25 people into the actual sale area at one time.
Please check your purchases carefully. All sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges. No warranties expressed or implied and all items are where is /as is. Refunds will not be given on items left behind. We accept cash, but no checks please. We also accept Credit/Debit cards for all purchases over $50.00 or greater. The first day is full price, no discounts and all items are priced to sell. Day two, we will start the morning off with a generous discount. Maximum discounts apply only to cash purchases. SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY. Per Texas Law, we will collect Texas sales tax. Re-sellers must bring a hard copy of their Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit certificate (not a picture of it) and will also be required to complete a sales tax exemption form, unless we have one on file for you for Tax year 2019. Failure to do so will result in tax being collected and is non-refundable. Do not remove tags from items you wish to purchase. Take them to our holding area or notify one of our staff and we will mark it as sold. We cannot hold merchandise. We have limited packing materials, so please bring your own boxes and packing. Customers are responsible for carrying out and loading their purchases, so please plan accordingly. No strollers allowed. You break, you buy. Not Responsible for accidents.
