We have made every attempt to identify any physical hazards. However, be aware that during the excitement, crowds, and distractions that are inevitable; you may be injured. You enter this situation at your own risk. *Browse and Shop ONLY in designated areas *If someone picks an item up, do not grab at it. *If something is marked sold do not remove the sticker. *Do not hoard items you do not intend to buy. *All items sold “As Is, Where Is” *Make sure you can dismantle, move, load, etc. whatever you are buying *If you break an item, it now becomes yours and we expect you to pay for it. *Honor your offers. *Payment is expected prior to removal of any item from the premises. Items are expected to be removed shortly after being paid for unless prior arrangements have been made. *Payment is to be made in CASH. Credit/Debit cards accepted for purchases over $20.
