All items in the auction have been very well maintained and cared for. They come from a nice, well cared for home and have been described to the best of our knowledge to be working unless stated otherwise.
THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 8:00 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS.
All items must be removed from the sale location on Thursday , July 18th from 3 pm to 6:30 pm
