Pickup
Pick up times will be from 9am - 5pm Monday, July 22nd through July 26th. Please call (907) 562-2138 to coordinate your pickup and inform us what day and time you will come by and which lots you will be picking up. Be prepared to present your email invoice receipt of purchase and your photo ID. Please call (907) 562-2138 for more questions regarding pick-up.

We appreciate all of our bidders both local and out of the area but we are an auction company and not a storage facility. If items are not collected or shipping is not arranged by 5pm on 7/26/19 they are at risk of being disposed of or donated to charity and the purchaser will lose their money that they bid on the item. If there is an arrangement with the seller to store items past the pick-up date, it will be on a case by case basis and a $25 per day storage fee will be applied per lot. If we have not received any form of communication or direction from the buyer on when they will collect their winning lots then we will ship them to the address we have on file for the buyer and charge the buyer for all shipping and handling fees.

Shipping:
Out of area buyers, your lots can be shipped to you by our 3rd Party Shipping Team if specifically requested. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. After payment for lots has been received, we will package your item for shipping and you will receive a 2nd invoice with shipping and handling charges added to it and your credit card on file with us will be charged a 2nd time for the Shipping & Handling charges. Please note objects that do not fit into a small, medium, or large USPS flat rate box will be packaged and shipped via a local UPS store affiliate, at the buyer’s full expense via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. All Payments by cashier's check over $500 from out of state will require a bank letter of credit or will be held for 2 weeks. Please note shipping from Alaska can be costly and while we do our best to minimize costs, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover any and all costs associated with shipping regardless of expense. Alaskan ivory will not be shipped outside of the United States, international buyers may bid on Ivory items, but must plan to pick up ivory pieces in the state of Alaska within the pickup hours for each auction.

Shipping Instructions:
Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All Freight items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping will be handled by Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals and our 3rd Party Shipping Team. Charges will include the cost of shipping and packaging supplies as well as a modest handling fee that is roughly a 15% mark-up of the total packaging material and shipping charges from our 3rd party shipping partner. Items will be combined to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. All purchases with a combined value over $100.00 will require insurance and signature confirmation which will be paid by the buyer. While we try to ship all items within the first week after the auction closes, all purchases will be shipped within 15 business days of payment. Your credit card will be charged once for your items and then a second time for your shipping & handling fee. There is a handling and material cost associated with your shipping total. Please be aware that while we try to keep cost to an absolute minimum for you, we cannot ship your items for free. We use new supplies, bubble wrap, boxes, and packing materials. Our goal is to get your winning items to you in the same condition as they left the state. The American College of Apothecaries Research and Education Foundation has established the Bernie Klouda Memorial Scholarship Fund, which will provide assistance to pharmacy students in financial need. The ACA Foundation has set a goal to raise $100,000 in order to create an endowment for the Bernie Klouda Memorial Scholarship Fund. 

 

Your generosity in supporting this much-needed fund will ease the burden of future students and work to reduce barriers to their success. By buying auction items, sponsoring or making a donation, we can accept the challenge of raising the balance of the funds needed to fully endow the Bernie Klouda Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The American College of Apothecaries Research and Education Foundation recently established the Bernie Klouda Memorial Scholarship Fund, which will provide assistance to pharmacy students in financial need. If items are not collected or shipping is not arranged by 5pm on 7/26/19 they are at risk of being disposed of or donated to charity and the purchaser will lose their money that they bid on the item. If there is an arrangement with the seller to store items past the pick-up date, it will be on a case by case basis and a $25 per day storage fee will be applied per lot. If we have not received any form of communication or direction from the buyer on when they will collect their winning lots then we will ship them to the address we have on file for the buyer and charge the buyer for all shipping and handling fees. Shipping: Out of area buyers, your lots can be shipped to you by our 3rd Party Shipping Team if specifically requested. Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. After payment for lots has been received, we will package your item for shipping and you will receive a 2nd invoice with shipping and handling charges added to it and your credit card on file with us will be charged a 2nd time for the Shipping & Handling charges. Please note objects that do not fit into a small, medium, or large USPS flat rate box will be packaged and shipped via a local UPS store affiliate, at the buyer’s full expense via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. All Payments by cashier's check over $500 from out of state will require a bank letter of credit or will be held for 2 weeks. Please note shipping from Alaska can be costly and while we do our best to minimize costs, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to cover any and all costs associated with shipping regardless of expense. Alaskan ivory will not be shipped outside of the United States, international buyers may bid on Ivory items, but must plan to pick up ivory pieces in the state of Alaska within the pickup hours for each auction. Shipping Instructions: Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All Freight items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping will be handled by Alaska Premier Auctions & Appraisals and our 3rd Party Shipping Team. Charges will include the cost of shipping and packaging supplies as well as a modest handling fee that is roughly a 15% mark-up of the total packaging material and shipping charges from our 3rd party shipping partner. Items will be combined to reduce shipping costs to the greatest extent possible while maintaining the safety of the items within the package. All purchases with a combined value over $100.00 will require insurance and signature confirmation which will be paid by the buyer. While we try to ship all items within the first week after the auction closes, all purchases will be shipped within 15 business days of payment.
