This home is dominated by Ryobi hand and power tools including saws, drills, sanders, lighting, scaffolding, etc., as the owner was a tradesman. Every electrical tool has been tested and works. Large rock n' roll record collection from 1960s-1980s; Sony stereo equipment assorted household, etc.

VEHICLE INFORMATION

1985 CORVETTE VEHICLE INFORMATION: The Corvette has been garage-kept and in the process of normal maintenance before our client's brother passed away in March. This vehicle does start and sounds like a Corvette - powerful. It does need brake work and because of that we recommend the winning bidder tow this vehicle off the property.


2010 JEEP PATRIOT VEHICLE INFORMATION: Starts and runs fine and appears to have been the everyday vehicle used. Very clean with only 128K miles.

1995 DODGE PICKUP VEHICLE INFORMATION: A definite work truck that does not have working brakes as a rusted brake line under the hood has a visible leak when the brake pedal is applied. The winning bidder must tow this truck from the property. The windshield is also cracked.   


1974 NORTON 850 CC MOTORCYCLE: The title states this is a 1975 model but frame identification states 1974. It does kick free. This motorcycle has been stored in the shed and comes with a spare gas tank. We believe it has not been running for years but appears to be very restoration-worthy and is generating interest early.
