Send a Proxy
If you are unable to attend an auction pick-up, you can send a proxy to the pick-up to retrieve your items for you. Be sure to notify the auction manager in advance that you are sending someone on your behalf. Please send your purchase notification with your proxy to ensure that he collects all of your merchandise. You can use the online checkout to pay for your items in advance; otherwise the person you send is responsible for purchasing your items.

You may Schedule another time to pick up your items but only AFTER you pay for the items you have won.

Donate/Forfeit Item(s)
Use this option to pay for your item(s) and opt out of claiming them. You would only choose this option if you are unable or unwilling to pick up your items or have them shipped. This allows you to pay for your item(s) immediately and continue to bid on our website, without having to retrieve an item you no longer want. Second Chance Online Auctions has the right to resell, remove, store, or dispose of the item(s) you choose to forfeit.

ALL AUCTIONS ON THIS SITE HAVE A 10% BUYERS PREMIUM. A Buyers Premium is a common industry-wide practice and sometimes called a convenience fee. In addition to your purchase, an additional 10% Buyers Premium will be added to your invoice.

PICK UP TIMES: Items will only be available for pickup during the designated time listed on each individual auction unless another scheduled time is made with the auction manager after payment is made. Items not picked up or Paid for within the designated time are considered abandoned and bidder may loose their bidding privileges and be prevented in participating in any future auctions.

INSPECT THE ITEMS BEFORE YOU BID. Please inspect all photos as to condition and finish of items being offered for auction. Some photos presented are stock photos supplied by the original shipper/seller and are representative of the item, not the exact item listed for auction. Descriptions of the item being offered are the interpretations of the auction writer. ON DAY OF PICKUP: Bring packing material and boxes for the items you have purchased if needed. For oversized or heavier items you must provide your own tools and assistance for removal and loading of you items. There will be No Loading Assistance so you think you will need help you will need to bring some with you.

LOSS OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES: If you have failed to pay for an item, or failed to timely pick-up items, your bidding privileges have been revoked. If acceptable to the Owner (Second Chance Online Auctions), your privileges may be restored by paying for the purchase in full or paying a 25% re-stocking fee for the loss of revenue due to the items not having been sold.

PRIVACY POLICY- We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.
