Directions: From West: Rte 135 North/Seaford-Oyster Bay Expwy North to Exit 14E/Jericho Tpk East. Continue East to Left onto Woodbury Rd. Continue on Woodbury (make sure to turn Left to stay on Woodbury after the train station – there is a road sign). Continue following Woodbury Rd crossing over 25A/Northern Blvd. Road name changed to W. Neck Rd. Continue on West Neck to Right onto Mill Rd, then Left onto Southdown, 1^st Right to stay on Southdown, 1^st Left onto Quail Hill Rd.

From East: Northern Pkwy to Exit 42N/ Deer Park Avenue (NY 231), Straight at Light to get onto Deer Park Rd. Continue on Deer Park crossing over Rte 25/Jericho Tpk, road name changes to Park Ave. Continue on Park crossing over 25A/Northern Blvd, to Right at end to stay on Park, take 2^nd Right at traffic circle to get onto Creek Rd. Continue on Creek, road name changes to Southdown. Pass Mill Rd. to 1^st Right to stay on Southdown, 1^st Left onto Quail Hill Rd.

How The Sign Up Works:

Signup sheet will be placed in a hot-pink bag by the mail box. Do Not Remove. Signup begins at 7 a.m. on the morning of the sale. Early birds! You must be there to sign in. Spouses and friends cannot sign your name for you. Please do not sign in prior to 7 a.m. 

This signup system allows all of you to have a fair chance to be first in the door. Once we open the doors, no further sign up is necessary for those coming later. Its first come, first serve!
