(Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. HOOD REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS - If the hood buyer takes the fan(s) on the roof, the curbs must be left intact and covered with a formed metal cover, caulked and screwed into place. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer for the necessary repairs, in addition to a revocation of bidding privileges.

WALK IN COOLER REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS - The buyer must deal with the Freon in a professional manner and not release it into the air. All electrical connections must be safely secured. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer for the necessary repairs, in addition to a revocation of bidding privileges.

SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Any damage to the sprinkler system, or damages caused by the setting off of the sprinklers, will be the responsibility of the damaging party. Failure to meet these responsibilities will result in the revocation of bidding privileges.

REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS - Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. BUYER'S PREMIUM - The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 10%. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PROCESSING FEE - If you choose to use a credit or debit card to settle your invoice your buyer's premium will be increased from 10% to 13% to cover the processing fees. REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) REMOVAL PERIOD - The scheduled removal time will be printed on the bottom of your invoice.. Any item remaining after the SCHEDULED REMOVAL PERIOD is subject to be considered ABANDONED, with no refund or recourse to the buyer. INVOICE EXPLANATION - Your invoice will be emailed to you after the auction has been completed. The payment terms are detailed at the top of the page. HOOD REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS - If the hood buyer takes the fan(s) on the roof, the curbs must be left intact and covered with a formed metal cover, caulked and screwed into place. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer for the necessary repairs, in addition to a revocation of bidding privileges. WALK IN COOLER REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS - The buyer must deal with the Freon in a professional manner and not release it into the air. All electrical connections must be safely secured. Failure to do so will result in a charge to the buyer for the necessary repairs, in addition to a revocation of bidding privileges. SPRINKLER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS - Any damage to the sprinkler system, or damages caused by the setting off of the sprinklers, will be the responsibility of the damaging party. Failure to meet these responsibilities will result in the revocation of bidding privileges.
