ON-SITE: Complete (full) payment due auction day. Credit cards (Visa, M/C, Disc, AmEx ), Michigan checks only (no out-of-state checks), Cash (US Funds). All items sold "as is, where is."

ONLINE BIDDING: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express accepted. Auction currency in USD. 10% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. All winning bids will be charged to the credit card on file immediately following the auction's conclusion, unless prior arrangement has been made. Receipt showing payment will be issued within 24 hours.

Sales Tax (where applicable): 6% Michigan sales tax will be charged on all purchases. Tax exempt buyers please bring a copy of your sales tax license to be left on file with our company.

SHIPPING/PICK UP
Scheduled Pickup day or by appointment with the Seller(s) not the auction company. Buyers will be responsible for removal of their own purchases. All items MUST be removed or they may be subject to storage fees of $5 per item per day, up to item value, at which point item is forfeit without refund. Local Pickup ONLY.

Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made.

Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal.

Firearm Purchases: Michigan residents' only, local pickup only. Purchaser must provide proper ID and fill out proper paperwork in order to pick up their firearm on the aforementioned pick up date. Firearms are sold as is, where is, with all faults and no guarantee of functionality. We recommend that purchasers have firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.
