6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience.
7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client.

We are priveledge to be asked to assist the CAMPV - Tyler on auctioning off some construction material that was left by the previous owner of the property. The proceeds of this auction will go to further the completion of CAMPV. This is a small history and what CAMPV will do when according to their website. CampV will integrate military and civilian resources into a centralized location providing a more efficient and effective process for veterans, military members, and their families who seek support. The benefits will include the following: A more effective and efficient experience, one stop service support, personal caseworker, access to more resources, long tern planning, proactive strategies, ongoing training and a voice for veteran needs. CampV is a great place situated on a beautiful 20 acres close to downtown Tyler, which also has aquired a bus stop on the property for ease of transportation. The propertry amenities include resource center, offices, equine office & gym, stables, pasture area, walking and riding trails, womens respite center, market, permanent rispite kitchen and lounge, flower garden, pavilion, organic vegetable garden, chapel and transitional housing. Y'all join us in supporting this fantastic place and the hardworking people that have planned and made this happen for our veterans of East Texas and the Tyler community. Completion is expected by 2022 although some resources may be available now.
