Sale will be conducted on dates and times listed with no early access to anyone. Sale is being conducted with all items being sold "As Is-Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees. Payment will be by cash and all major credit cards. In-State checks may be accepted if the person is known to Auctions Southwest Estate Sales or the family. Pick up during the sale or by arrangement with Auctions Southwest Estate Sales Management. All items must be off property by Tuesday, April 22nd, 2014. No responsibility for items left for pick-up will be assumed by either Auctions Southwest Estate Sales their management or the consigning family. All sales are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges.

Everything for sale is listed and cataloged and descriptions are as complete as time will allow. Contents include antique and vintage furniture, household items, porcelain and china, flatware, sterling silver, sports memorabilia, comics, vintage catalogs, books of all kinds, tools, bird houses, bird baths, home made trailer, garden plants and much, much more. This estate sale has numerous items from antique to vintage furniture, china and porcelain, decorative items, garden accessories and plants, bric-a-brac, books, collectibles and much more. There is plenty of on-site parking, please park neatly on either side of the long drive on the grass. WE HAVE THE CONTENTS OF FIVE BOXES OF STERLING SILVER BEING CLEANED BEFORE BEING INCLUDED IN THE SALE. PICTURES WILL BE ADDED IF WE CAN GET THEM UP IN TIME FOR THE SALE.
