There is no parking on Admiral Court. You can pull in to pick up large purchases.

Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·         Sale Hours:

Friday 9am to 3pm

Saturday 10am to 3pm

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 8am Friday & 9am Saturday; you must be present to receive one.

·         Friday Full Price All Day.

·         Saturday 50% Off Most Items for sale over ten dollars.

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Please do not park on the grass.

We charge 3% for all credit card & debt card transactions.

Please be respectful and mindful of the Neighbors and abide by traffic & parking laws, Double Parking, Blocking Cars in or Blocking Driveways or Garages will possibly cause ticketing or towing of your vehicle.

Directions to parking for our pop up estate sale in

Glenview this weekend:

Directions will be to the parking garage.

There is no parking on Admiral Court. You can pull in to pick up large purchases.

From Chestnut Avenue and Patriot Blvd in Glenview IL.

Take Patriot Blvd north to Aviator Lane.

Turn left onto Tower Drive.

Take Tower Drive to Aviator Lane.

Turn left (west) on Aviator Lane to the Parking garage.

As you enter the garage you want to park on the lower level as far south as you can go.

You can either take the stone walk way at the south end of the garage or walk back to Aviator Lane cross the street and walk into Admiral Court.

The row house is 1867 and it is in the north west corner of Admiral Court.

There is no parking on Admiral Court.  You can pull in to pick up large purchases.

Please also be respectful of the neighbors and do not block any driveways, sidewalks or park in front of the mail boxes or fire hydrants.
