Payment: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to each purchase. If your winning bid is $100.00, at check-out you will be charged $115.00. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) Invoices over $2,000 will be asked to pay via wire transfer. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any declined payment. By agreeing to our terms. You are allowing us to charge your credit card following the auction.
This online bidding system is set to start closing at 6:00 P.M. & will close 1 items every minute with a 5-minute extension.
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
Keep in mind that these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc.

Preview: By appointment Monday August 19 between 4-5 pm. You must call to arrange an appointment, or you risk showing up and no-one being onsite.

Items are identified by the lot number affixed to the item.
Preview is highly recommended so you can make your own determination of quality, size, condition, weight, item location, and all the other variables that are difficult to convey in a photo. Although not all auctions have previews. Please bid accordingly.

Pickup:
All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time
Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion. Kaufman Realty & Auctions reserves the right to ban or do business with anyone they feel unqualified.

Please bring plenty of help and proper equipment needed to remove your items. Auction staff is not available to assist with loading. Don't bring a Pinto to take home a bedroom suite, please.
