Other standouts in this auction – many handmade quilts, several display cabinets, leather sofas, 2 additional bedroom sets – bamboo and cherry. Plus, lots of colored glass, brass, copper, Louisville Stoneware, Pyrex, Corning Ware, Tupperware, flatware, oil paintings, jewelry, parlor lamps, stained glass corner cupboard. Freezer, outdoor seating, concrete yard art, floral crafting items and more. There is a lot packed into a small space! Go take a quick look – 155 Lots. Everything must go – so you will be required to take everything in your winning Lots. The basement has a storm door entrance to the outside. If you would like to take the Cadillac for a short spin, please call Lea at 859-608-1239 to schedule a time between 2:30-3:30pm. Bring your driver’s license and proof of insurance. As most of you know, we do not release the address to the public when we are hosting an auction in a client’s home. If you would like to attend Preview, see instructions above. We will have a sign-in table, so please stop there upon arrival. This auction will start closing on Monday night, August 19th at 7:00pm. Winning bidders will be invoiced electronically that evening and should plan to pick-up their items on Wednesday at the home (address will be given on invoice). Note – there is an alternate pick-up date scheduled for Saturday, August 24th at 12pm. Use this date as a last resort and by appointment only. There are no later pick-ups, as the house must be clear after Saturday. If you think you won items in this auction and do not see an invoice email from us on Monday night, please go check your Junk email folder or sign onto the auction site, go to My Account, then Invoices to see your new invoice.
