We accept cash, checks and credit cards. 10 percent buyers premium for cash and checks, 13% for credit cards. All items sold as is. We do not authenticate autographs so buyers please do you own review. No returns. Items must be paid for at the auction. All items are to be removed at the end of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer.

Listing Information
Bring a truck. Selling the inventory of two stores that closed. Autographed memorabilia from a store in NJ. Hundreds of boxes from party plus store here in NC. Most of this merchandise is new shelf pulls. We started with over $16,000 in retail value. We are making approximately 200 cases of inventory available for this auction. Most cases are sealed but a majority are labeled. For the auction we will open several cases in each lot to give you a better idea. So far the cases have contained party goods ie plates, cups, napkins, decorations, party favors for weddings and holidays. Some cases had kids party favors or small toys. Items are sealed in original packages and most are priced for retail sales. From the NJ sports card store: there are cases of magazines, old movie posters and many autographed items in this auction including: Pete Rose, Mickey Mantle, Tom Seaver, Joe DiMaggio, Phil Rizzutto, Ron Guidry. There is also an autographed Dale Earnhardt piece. All autographs are strictly sold as is. Our auction house has no resource to authenticate the signatures so buyers please check them out carefully and bid accordingly. All sales are final and we do not accept returns on these items. Everyone is invited to our public auction. We are easy to find in the heart of Havelock(Rt70 and Trader ave). Plenty of free parking. Thank you so much for making our auctions a success. Charlie.
