Palmetto Estate Liquidators/POSH Estate Sales does NOT do pre-sales or direct sales prior to the beginning of the sale, however we do accept written offers on items shown on the website and if bested the buyer has the opportunity to increase their offer. To make an offer on something you see on this website contact us and give us your name, phone number, email address and the item you are interested in and the top price you are willing to buy it for. If your offer stands to the end of the sale it will be yours and you must come immediately to the sale location, pay for it and arrange immediate removal from the site. Palmetto Estate Liquidators accepts cash and personal local checks with local identification (a $100.00 charge will be assessed on all insufficient funds and bad checks and we will prosecute if unpaid.) All sales are sold as is and are final. All sold items must be removed before the end of the sale by the buyer's own "muscle". All deposits are non-refundable. Palmetto Estate Liquidators/POSH Estate Sale management reserves the right to deny access to any individual(s) if deemed necessary and for any reason.
