This is a Picker's style sale. We will be pricing as many items as we possibly can, but due to the volume of this sale, we can't price everything. We will let you know prices of items at checkout. This is a true "country" sale. The property is full of scrap metal, piles of wood,bricks, sharp objects, etc. We ask that you be aware of where you step, SAFETY FIRST EVERYONE!! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. We ask that you do not bring children to the sale. It is going to be HOT OUTSIDE! We have 5 metal buildings that are FULL TO THE BRIM, but do NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING! The main house does have air conditioning, thankfully, so you will be able to cool off. We will have water bottles available, but ask that you wear cool clothing, wear bug spray and bring water to drink. This is a large property, allow yourself some time to explore. There is good stuff, bad stuff, cool stuff, antique stuff, new stuff..a TON OF STUFF!
We will have the gate locked until we arrive, we may limit the amount of people on the property for the first hour or so, or until the line clears. Please be patient. We are thinking of our customers and of our homeowner. This is a four day sale!! We hope to see you there!
