All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Triple 8 Auctions is not responible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. No items will be shipped.

There is a 10% buyers Premium charged to all purchases. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay within 2 days of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale.

Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for secruing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than Noon Monday after a Saturday sale. If buyer does not pick up the item immediately following the auction, buyer must contact auction company to coordinate a time for pickup. Items remaining after 5pm Monday following the Saturday sale will encure a $10 per day storage fee unless prior arrangements are made and approved by auction company. Items left longer that 10 days following the items will be deemed abandoned and owership will revert to auction company. Online bidders will be automatically charged on Monday following the auction if not paid prior.
