While every effort is made to disclose known defects or imperfections, we are unable to guarantee the condition of any item. Please inspect all items prior to purchase. Everything is sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.
We accept cash, Venmo, Facebook Messenger, PayPal and major credit cards for purchase over $50. Credit card purchases under $50 will be accessed a $5 processing fee.
We are not liable for any injuries while on property.
You must provide your own tools, boxes, and packing materials for fragile items.
We also suggest you bring your own labor and transportation to facilitate safe moving of your purchases. However, we can provide assistance in loading for an additional $20.
Delivery is also available within 15 miles for $75. 15-30 miles $115. Delivery request and payment to be made at time of sale. If request made after the sale, price may increase.
Ask Me Concierge LLC will not be liable for any damages created or incurred by you upon the pickup, handling, or transport of your item during or after purchase.
No holding of items. All purchases are to be picked up within 24 hours.
No items may be removed until payment is made in full. All buyers must have a paid receipt if coming back to pick up. If you are unable to pick up (or send a designate to pick up), you WILL be assessed a storage fee of $10.00/day for each day starting 24 hours from the sale until your items are picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. No refunds will be issued if you fail to pickup or retrieve your items after end of sale.
Everything is priced to sell. A significant amount of time has been spent to research competitive price for this area. However, if you can show and explain how an item is not appropriately priced, we are happy to discuss.
All measurements are approximate.
No large bags, backpacks, etc is allowed.
No children under the age of 10.
