Thursday April 24th 9am-4pm we move onto 4249 Glenridge Drive Carmichael 95608 We’ll start this sale with fair pricing 9am-12noon Move on to half price 12noon-3pm Boxlot will run from 3pm-4pm and bringing your own boxes if always a help. Both of these sales have escrows looming very soon so your coming out to help us empty the homes for the families is a great way to give a hand! Thanks to all of you who stopped by one or both of the sales we hosted last week and don’t forget we will be showing the vehicles from time to time in the next two weeks from McCoy estate sale as the silent bid process will not be complete until after the court probate takes place. If you are interested in entering a bid via email, just send a reply with your information to this invitation and Jennie will enter you in the bidding process. It should be noted that work begins this week on highway 50 so expect huge delays if you are in a position where you would need to take any of the freeways to get to our sales. We have instead opted to travel the side-roads to the sales and will be using Florin to Watt or Elk Grove Florin to access either Elk Grove or Carmichael sales without entering any of the freeways.
