Our sale is that of 95 year old woman who has decided that it is time to move to assisted living. If you see the date fluctuate on the calendar this is because she is are waiting for a suite to become available at the assisted living facility. This is a animal and smoke free home. Most of the furnishings were purchased in the 50’s – 60’s and kept in immaculate condition. As we get closer to the date of the sale we will be posting more photos and giving descriptions of what is for sale. This sale will be “By Appointment Only” due to the fact that this is a gated community and this is how the association rules. Since we are advertising this sale so far in advance the ideal situation would be a complete buy out by a dealer or one who is furnishing their home. Included in the sale will be appliances, glassware, dishware, fine European imports, furniture, mirrors, lighting and more…..
