I know this seems like alot of reading and RULES (Below), but we are working with a VERY STRICT HOA, and need to cover all of our bases at this one. Those of you who know us, know that we ALWAYS have very Friendly, Smooth Running Sales....and will try our very best to make this one run just as smoothly as all the others. We just have our hands tied a bit, but are working with this nice group of people to make it EXCELLENT FOR THEM. We are in a very exclusive gated community in Arlington, and aren't allowed to have a "typical" Estate Sale (HOA Rules), so we will be dong something a little different this time.
This is payable as you enter the Estate either by CASH or CREDIT CARD.
You may sign up for a time slot later in the week if you wish to come back as we start discounting the Treasures.
I'm sorry, but as much as love Our Kiddos, and
YOUR's....we are not permitted to have them at this sale.
Estate Executator's rule: Absolutely no personal shopping bags or large purses. We provide our Green shopping baskets for You to to use, and since there will only be 10 - 15 people in here at any one given time, checkout should go very smoothly.
Since we are working with an extremely PACKED ESTATE, you must be able to pick up your Treasures at the time of purchase. You must also be able to load your items Yourself, or have somebody on standby.... as our employees can not leave the Estate to help with loading at this one.
