Registration: In order to register to bid, potential bidders must have a bank letter of guarantee and provide positive identifica-tion. Absentee bidders are encouraged to participate, however, must register one week prior to auction.
Earnest Money and Purchase agreement: Immediately following the close of bidding, the approved high bidder will be required to deposit with United Country Duncan’s Auction & Realty $1000.00 earnest money and sign a purchase agreement with the sell-er. Balance due at closing no later than 30 days after signing of contract.
