This is an on line estate sale auction, open now. Bidding ends on Monday, July 28th! Everything starts at $1.00! This is a “No Reserve” auction.
Your bid is a contract to pay for the items you win. You are responsible for honoring it. Email or call if you have questions or difficulty processing your purchase. The payment deadline for items you win is 11:00 PM on Wednesday, July 30th, by Pay Pal. Payment must be made using PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to make payments. You may enter a credit card number or log in to your account if you have one. Payment must be processed by the payment deadline, so it is best to pay right away. Two additional charges will appear on your invoice. A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions. Sales tax of 8 3/4% will also be added. An invoice will be generated for auction winners shortly after the auction ends. You may access your own invoice as soon as you have won your item or you may wait until we email you a copy. It is recommended that you generate your invoice and pay right away after winning your item. The invoice will provide the purchase amount, the exact address for picking up your purchase, and the day(s) and hours of pick up. If you win more than one item, it is best to wait until the last invoice is received before making payment so that you can make just a single payment. If you are a registered reseller, please contact us prior to making payment so that we can adjust your invoice accordingly. A copy of your tax certificate is required for any tax adjustments. These items are located in West Seneca, New York, Zip Code 14224. Winning bidders MUST pick-up items on Saturday, August 2nd between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. The pick-up address with directions to the location will be provided on the invoice that is sent to winning bidders. Bidder must be prepared lift, carry, and load purchases in their vehicle. Bring boxes or totes. You may need to bring your own tools, straps, etc. Items may be on multiple floors of home- so bring your manpower. The team at Caring Transitions is not authorized to assist in the moving, lifting, or loading of items. Everything is sold as is where is. No warranties are given or implied. All sales are final. If you have questions about operational status or the item’s condition, send an email with your question prior to bidding. We are happy to facilitate the shipping of items if you contact us BEFORE the close of the auction to confirm that the item can be shipped. A handling fee may apply. We use UPS and the local contact at the UPS Store is Rick @ 716 652 1580. You will need to pay UPS directly for packaging and shipping charges.
