We do not accept Checks.

·        We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·        All Sales are Final and all items are sold as is.
 

·        Sale Hours:

Friday, Saturday & Monday 9am to 4pm

·        Numbers are given out 8am at Friday, Saturday & Monday; you must be present to receive one.

·        Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

Directions for our sale in Chicago this weekend:

From California Avenue & Bryn Mawr Avenue in Chicago, IL.

Take California Avenue south to Balmoral Avenue.

Turn right (west) on Balmoral Avenue to Virginia Avenue.

Turn right on Virginia & the house is 5408 N Virginia and is on the west side of the street.
