Due to the size of the rooms in the house and the multitude of small breakable items displayed we will be limiting the amount of people in the house at one time. Sale begins promptly at 9:00am, no previews or early birds. We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax-exempt please be prepared to provide current tax-exempt certificate. All sales are as is, no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. No large bags or purses will be allowed inside. We will be accepting cash, and credit cards.

Selling off the contents of the home nestled at the end of a gravel road in Madison County, Florida. Home will be listed to a real estate agency and all contents must be liquidated. Bedroom sets, living room furniture, collectibles, large DVD collection, hundreds of computer accessories and software items, pottery, patio furniture, electronics, kitchens utensils, and more to be sold at this sale. Pictures to be taken and posted daily up until sale days, so check back often. Look for the yellow and black estate sale signs to point the way. The exact address will be posted one day before the sale, to protect the contents of the home. Please do not enter the property until gates are open and signs are up. Due to recent theft and trespass at this location, anyone on the property before gates are open and sale begins, not known by the owner or neighbors will be arrested.
