We do not know what will be left but this house is jam packed with a huge variety of items. We will have everything left displayed for viewing on Saturday August 9th at 12pm. We will set a Buy it Now Price for everything but everyone will have the opportunity to submit 1 offer lower than this amount and the person with the best offer will take it all. (PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN CASH AT THE TIME OF THE OFFER CLOSE) THIS IS NOT AN AUCTION AND NO BIDDING UP OF A PRICE WILL BE ALLOWED! WHOEVER HAS THE BEST OFFER MUST TAKE EVERYTHING LEFT AND PACK IT UP THEMSELVES. (A time after Saturday can be arranged to do this is necessary) It would be advisable to come along on Friday after 2pm if you wanted to get an idea of what items will be left over and sold off on Saturday.
