On Saturday and Sunday, 11th and 12th, we are open from 10-5 both days. Parking will be difficult as it is with most University Park estate sales. Try McFarlin or if tennis court is vacant, you can park there. Also, this is the UPSTAIRS Duplex unit and there's no elevator. OWNER IS IN RESIDENCE SO PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF BLOCKING HIS DRIVEWAY. No parking in front circular driveway. Loading only. It is a wonderful sale and there are loads of treasures. Homeowner loved beautiful things. Most of the furnishings are mid to late 1800's including a beautiful 5 piece Aubusson Salon Set, 3 piece neo classical set in velvet, numerous marquetry, inlay tables. Extra special marble top desk.
