Entry Process:
Sign-up for entry into the sale will begin 30 minutes before sale starts, however, Caring Transitions will HONOR A WATCHED LIST. Due to space limitations, 5 to 7 people will be allowed to enter at a time. Be mindful of how you enter, walk through and exit the home. Please do so carefully. ATTENTION: Caring Transitions is NOT RESPONSIBLE for INJURIES or ACCIDENTS.Thank You in advance for your understanding and patience.

Payment Terms:
Cash is King! Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover will be accepted for purchases of $50 or more with valid identification (i.e. Drivers License or State ID and Phone Number).

Item Terms:
Items are SOLD AS IS and ALL SALES are FINAL. Therefore, please inspect your items before purchasing. Items must be removed from premises by YOU before the sale ends. Moving and Shipping information is available upon request.

Bidding Terms:
You may bid on items with an original price of at least $ 200.00. Only Bids greater than or equal to 60% of the asking price are accepted. A deposit is required with your bid to ensure the bid is honored. The highest acceptable bid wins. If your bid is accepted, you will receive a phone call to finalize payment and pickup arrangements. If your bid isn't accepted, you will receive a phone call to arrange return of your deposit.
