This is a CASH ONLY sale. There will be no early admissions. Wednesday's sale will have the best selection, but we will be relatively firm on pricing. Realistic offers always invited! We will begin discounting remaining items at noon Thursday and even more on Friday. On Saturday, we will be cleaning up, but you're welcome to come by before noon in case there is a treasure or two left with your name on it. We are not professional estate sale-ers. On the high end items, we priced using eBay SOLD prices for the last 60 days--not what items were being offered for, but instead what they actually sold for. We will have sign in sheets each day starting 1 hour before the sale opens.

Attention all treasure hunters, collectors, mid century modern buffs and vintage lovers!!! This is the estate sale you've been waiting for! Save your $$ for Avon, Ohio starting Wednesday Sept. 3 at 4pm. We are selling almost the entire contents of our parent's home. They were "don't touch it" kind of parents, so there is A LOT in pristine condition. Many items have been carefully stored for more than 20 years!!! The estate includes a 9-month old KIA Optima EX with less than 7000 miles and unopened accessories, a natural gas commercial grill used only a few times, patio furniture, lawn mower, snow blower, mid-century indoor furniture, vintage and new golf items (some still in original packaging), vintage linens, vintage radios, vintage rotary telphones, midcentury modern lamps, a full selection of men's clothing, shoes (size 11 1/2) and coats all in size XL (some with tags), newer electronics, office equipment, tools galore, kitchen equipment, housewares, holiday decor, china, glassware, silver, etc. Here is a partial list of the brands included: Franciscan Desert Rose china (177 pieces!)
