Sale will be conducted on a "first come, first served basis". NO LISTS, NO NUMBERS ! Sale will be conducted RAIN or SHINE ! ALL possessions are sold "as is", "where is". "We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur at the property". PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BOXES, WRAPPING MATERIALS, BAGS & "MOVERS" to pick up large items. All items that have been purchased must be removed on / by the last day of the sale by 3pm. Sorry, no prices of items will be given out over the phone or by email. It's always a GREAT idea to attend our sale's when interested in any items being offered at our sale's. This estate sale will be a CASH ONLY sale. There will be plenty of parking for this sale on or close to the property. This estate sale is being conducting on a 3 acre property and the items will be spread out all over the property, so there will be some walking and hiking involved if you want to see and shop the whole sale. Sorry, but a lot of the property is not handicap friendly, there are stairs to the main house and its also two-story, and there are hills present at the property as well.
