Listing Information

4525 DANVILLE - GARLAND - 75042 (18N)

THURS & FRI - 9 til 4

SATURDAY - 9 til 3

This home has been used for storage since owner moved a few years ago. And when she tired of having antique booths all the way in McKinney, those goodies were brought to this house as well - now house is full & it's time to clear out!

NOTE: Most of the display units and some tables will be retained by owner - they were left for our convenience and are clearly marked NOT FOR SALE.

LARGE impressive reception desk from the 1940's. We have pics of it put together - it has been taken apart for storage and ease in loading up ~~ when one of the SAKS 5TH AVE stores closed back in the '90s, owner bought store counters (very cool) and mannequins. If you'd like a pretty lady mannequin at your house - we don't judge - choose Patty, Mattie, Holly, Molly, Polly, Dolly, Bonnie or Connie (I named them to entertain myself). It was the highlight of the day last week watching Stanley wrestle one of these tall beautiies from where she was lying in the yard covered with a sheet and looking for all the world like a corpse, into the garage so it resembled more of a kidnapping situation - fun times!
