Real Estate Auction Fri at noon - TERMS - bidders must present a $25,000 (made out to themselves) Cashier Check to be a registered bidder. There is a 3% Buyer's Premium on the RE hammer price. The winning bidder will endorse check and it becomes the down payment. The other checks will be returned to the non-winning bidders. Real Estate is offered "As Is- Where Is" with all known and unknown faults. Any known issues will be identified in brochure. 2 Open Houses will be offered. Settlement is expected within 45 days of the auction. |
