Listing Information

Dr. Harold T. & Lula Mae Branch Estate

1801 Stillman Ave.
8:00 am

This week's sale is in the Hillcrest Subdivision off IH 37. Exit Nueces Bay Blvd. and make a right, it's just a few streets down.
We will have our signs out.

Dr. & Mrs. Branch married back in 1949 and lived a lifetime of serving their community.  Harold was a pastor of several churches, but spent the longest as the pastor of St. John's Baptist Church here in Corpus Christi.  He served on many boards for the Baptist Assn. and many committees. He was the first black to serve on the Corpus Christi Housing Authority where he served for 8 years.
He served on our City Council for 4 years from 71-75, and ran for Mayor. In his honor CCISD opened a charter school, Harold T. Branch Academy for Career and Technical Education, located on Morgan St.  Lula Mae was involved in many Missions and Associations and as a Pastor's wife,  she was very busy with family, friends and church.
I could go on and on about the accomplishments of the Branch's, the list is VERY long. This is a large, well kept home and I hope everyone can come out, we have some GREAT items for sale!

Again, for all of you that wear pink this month, we are donating 10% of your purchase (out of our commission) to the Susan G. Komen Foundation!  I'll let you know at the end of October how much we donated!
