Entry:

Entry numbers start at 8 a.m. on Saturday. To prevent excess wear and tear and/or damage to the residence, a maximum of 25 people will be permitted inside at any given time. As people exit, the capacity will be kept at that amount. Knock on the front door if you are outside, and you will be given a number so as to ensure your place in line.

Payment:

Payment for items may be made via cash, credit card, or paypal. An additional 3% convenience fee will be added to your total for credit card or paypal purchases. Checks may be accepted at our discretion and only with proper ID. A $35.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks. All items are sold As-Is. We do not issue refunds or exchanges.

Large item pick up/delivery:

Delivery/transportation services available: please see Joe or Matthew for quotes and arrangements. Help moving large items is also available for a nominal fee.

While at the Premises:

Please be respectful of the owner’s items. Please be careful going up and down stairs, as some of them in older houses can be quite steep. Principal Estate Sales is not liable for any falls, injuries, and/or accidents incurred on premises.

Offer Box:

Take note of our offer box, which will be stationed near the entrance/exit. If you see an item that you want, but do not want to pay what is marked and we can’t reach a reasonable negotiation, you may leave your name, phone number, and the price you are willing to pay in the box. Should the item remain unsold at the end of the sale, we will call you and discuss your offer.

Parking: Please park legally and respectfully at all times. Roadside parking only, please do not park in driveway as that is reserved for people moving and picking up large items. Principal Estate Sales is not liable for any tickets or fines you may incur as a result of improper parking.
