LOTS OF NEW ITEMS – Everything You Can Imagine! All sales are FINAL and items are sold as is with no guarantees or warranties, but we will do our best to honestly answer any questions about merchandise presented for sale. Property owner is not liable for any damage and/or injuries to persons or their personal property while on the premises. We accept cash, credit cards and Pay Pal for purchases. Charge card transactions under $100 will incur a 3% service fee. We have a friendly staff on hand, ready with shopping baskets for your convenience and bags and wrap for your purchases, but it may run out of plastic bags & wrap so feel free to bring some. Please bring your wallets only, no bags, purses or strollers will be allowed. Children under age 9 will not be admitted unless holding an adult’s hand while inside the home. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of residence. NO RESTROOMS available on site! Numbers for admittance will be handed out beginning at 7:30 am on Friday. Doors open promptly at 8:30 am on Friday – please do not bother residents prior to that time. For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to limit the number of people inside at one time if necessary. Additional photos will be posted up until the day before the sale. Prices on remaining inventory (some exclusions) will be reduced 25 – 50% on Sun! ALL purchases MUST be removed from the property by the end of the last sale day and you must bring your own muscle! COURTEOUS shoppers make for happy shoppers and we want everyone to have a wonderful experience. Sale includes contents from 2 homes and a closed interior design/gift shop business. Lots of jewelry and brand new items so plan to pick up something for your Valentine while your there! Some unique furniture pieces, including antiques, baroque, and one of a kind pieces! There is no specific order to the posted photos so please scroll through all of them!
A few items in pictures will not be physically present on the days of the sale. A detailed photo board with descriptions and measurements will be available. If purchased, they may be viewed and picked up any time after Sunday. If not sold by Sunday, we will take a “refundable” deposit to hold them for viewing on a first-come, first-serve basis.
