This is the estate of a man who worked as a crane operator at the docks in Charleston and was very mechanically inclined. He had many interests including wood working, auto repair, lawn and gardening and fishing. He passed away last year not long after his wife of 54 years had died. The home is empty and ready for sale but the attached structures and garages are packed with boxes and treasures yet to be uncovered. What we could see included many old shop tools, hand and power, auto parts, lawn and garden implements, fishing equipment, appliances, antique furniture, antique framed art and sterling silver. THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE.
