All items are sold with no warranty and no exchanges or refunds are allowed. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people that are in the home at any given time. When attending the estate sale, please do not block the neighbors’ driveways and be respectful of the home and surrounding property. No large bags, backpacks, boxes or similar items will be allowed in the house. Please leave them in your vehicle. If you normally purchase a lot at estate sales, it is advisable to bring your own bags as packaging materials and bags are often limited. Unfortunately, we do not move furniture or other heavy items but we can provide you with the number of a company who can help you.

Some of the highlights of the sale include mid-century, 1960’s and 19th century antiques collected by three generations. Asian art and furniture added to the design of the interior are also for sale. Just a few of the vintage and antiques on sale are: Thomasville inlaid long coffee table with octagon cabinet and side table all in VG conditions Dining room set: a table with 4 chairs and a china cabinet full with porcelain figurines, Yona signed Murano, Mazetti, Carnival sets and many more Antique Victorian style with heavy marble stand, inlaid round table, 19th century secretary and coffee table with ormolu, just to mention a few. Two twin beds, Lexington couch (3 pieces) Green leather arm chair club style Orange leather small couch Attorney style bookcase Kilim wool handmade rugs Asian rug Many small bookcases Two large (24”) Asian rosewood statues (19th century) Two large Asian 18th century armoires (6’ tall and 53 “wide) gold painted -CAN BE SEEN EARLIER 19th century Asian beveled wall mirror with beautiful hand carvings Vintage cameras Projectors & a screen Custom built stereo console, heavy, with built in speakers (2) Stephens Trusonic 12, 16 ohms. Harman Kardon receiver The Award Seriess-F50 XK. Amplifier Lafayette Model LA I 50, and Garrard turntable Laboratory Series AT 60. They all come with the original documentation and diagrams. Receiver and amplifier are functional, turntable must be too but we don’t’ know how to turn it on.
