This Estate has some great items. This is in a beautiful gated community in Fair Oaks. We have special permission to have a 2 day Estate Sale. Please use courtesy when parking. Please do not park in front of any driveways. There are designated areas for visitor parking. There is also Street parking and the walk is not to far from the gate. For gate entry there will be a special code for use during the day however, until we get the gate code please write down my phone number for gate entry. Call Valerie at 916-202-1767. We hope that you can come and join us for the fun! We are not allowed signs so please use your GPS or print out a Mapquest.
