Special note: the old green truck that is on the lift, and the car that is pictured on the other lift will not be a part of the sale, THE LIFTS ARE. Also the trailer that is holding the barnwood will not be for sale, but the barnwood is. This is not an absolute auction and there will be a few small reserves, however the owner wants everything gone an is motivated to sell all items.  As we strive to make sure all items pictured will be sold, Some items pictured may be pulled at any time by owner prior to sale.

WE WILL HAVE SOME HEAT AVAILABLE DAY OF AUCTION BUT WE AINT GOD, WE CANT MAKE IT A BALMY 75 DEGREES. PLEASE DRESS WARMictured may be pulled at any time prior to sale at owners discretion.

All items will be sold as-is, where-is. All sales this day are final, no refunds or exchanges. Doors will open at 11:00 a.m. for inspection and registration for auction. You will need a valid state issued driver license or ID card to register for this auction. There is a 13% buyers premium applied at this sale with a 3% discount when paying by cash or check. State, county and city taxes of 10% are also applied to this sale unless you bring us a hard copy of your sales tax exemption issued by the State of Alabama (NO ECEPTIONS). We will accept checks that are accompanied by a BANK LETTER OF CREDIT ONLY. Otherwise we will accept, cash and credit card. We would like to have all items removed day of sale. However, on some of the larger items we will allow a pickup at an arranged date no longer than 7 days after auction.

All items available day of sale will take precedent over any and all advertisements prior to day of sale.
