All are welcome to our estate sales. We accept cash and credit cards (Visa/MC) when cell service is available. All sales are final, as is, and no refunds. We ask that you take your items with you at time of purchase or make arrangements with us for a pick up time of items too large to take immediately and request buyers bring moving help for heavy or bulky items.

We're kicking off our 2015 Estate Sale Season with a fabulous sale of a lifetime of treasures, arts & crafts, furniture, exercise equipment, and more. Great parking with circle drive turn around and easy to find location in South Charleston DIRECTIONS: From Kanawha Turnpike about 1 mile from light of 601/Jefferson Road, and about 1/3 mile from Chestnut (both roads accessible from Rt. 60 in South Charleston). Turn onto Village Drive & stay to the right all the way up to the top of the hill, pass Patricia Way and turn left onto Princess Drive. House is on the right about 6th from corner with split rail fence.
