Terms and Conditions:
~This is a two day sale, most items remaining on Sunday will be 50% off. Vehicles will not be be reduced. ~Sign up sheet for entrance will go out on front porch about an hour prior to start time. ~ We will not honor entrance list that are not our own, please make sure our logo is on any list that you sign in on. ~ You must be present when your name is called for entrance. ~Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing. ~All items are to be removed the day of the sale, if you can not do this please see Amanda prior to purchasing. ~Please bring a helper for loading large pieces of furniture. ~We accept cash & credit cards with the proper I.D. ~Not responsible for on-site accidents. ~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street. ~We do not offer pre-sales and only prices for the vehicles will be given out before the sale all other prices will not be released until the start of the first day. ~ All vehicles will require a 10% deposit and the balance is due the Monday after the sale. .This is going to be such a great sale that you guys are not going to want to miss. There are quite a few larger vehicle type items available at this sale. They are as follows: -2001, 36' Journey RV, 52,000 miles = $44,000. - Lazer Z Series 6, Zero Turn Lawnmower with 60" cut deck and only 50 hours = $8,000. - Lamborghini Countach Kit Car = $14,200. Chasis is a 1986 Pontiac Fiero with V6 Twin Turbo engine. Kit Body was produced by Imaginary Fiberglass Centerline wheels/rims All vehicles will require a 10% deposit and the balance is due the Monday after the sale.
